Poinsettia Floral Cupcake Tutorial

These Christmas Cupcakes are perfect for all bakers from beginners to professionals. The perfect touch to any dessert table. For the petals, you can use a 68, 69, or your favorite leaf tip. We made our red with mixing burgundy, pink, and orange. First pipe a circle to help hold your leaves up. Then pipe your leaves directly onto the cupcake. Next take a size 3 tip with green frosting for dots in the center. On top of the green dots, use a size 2 tip for yellow or white dots to finish the center of the flower. Use your classic leaf tip to pipe a few leaves and Voila!

Decorating Tips: 69 (for the petals), 2,3, and a Leaf tip (can use the same one as used for the petals)
